Show up ready for the room
01Business professional with a flair
Summit Day is a working room: keynotes, panels, recruiter conversations, and activations across two floors. Aim for polished, camera-ready, and comfortable enough to move between stages.
02Layers are your friend
The Maison Project has multiple rooms and varying temperatures. A blazer, structured jacket, or light layer keeps you prepared from the main stage to the Netflix Lounge.
03Add a personal touch
This is SIS — personality is welcome. A bold lip, statement earring, pocket square, or a pop of pink makes the look yours without breaking the professional tone.
Outfit inspiration
Four ways to own the day
Real looks from the SIS community — each one Summit-tested, recruiter-conversation ready, and comfortable enough for a full day of programming. Pick the one that feels most like you.

The Power Suit
A bold, tailored suit in a statement color owns the main stage. Keep the silhouette clean and the accessories intentional — this is how you show up camera-ready and unforgettable.

The Color Statement
Rich color and sharp tailoring work all day at the Summit. A jewel-toned suit reads confident, polished, and still completely professional from the first session to the closing hour.

The Polished Dress
A structured dress in a soft, sophisticated shade is perfect for moving between panels, recruiter conversations, and content moments. Elevated, comfortable, and effortlessly Summit-ready.

The Matching Set
A coordinated set in a classic print delivers the polish of a suit with a modern, feminine feel. Great for a full day of networking without sacrificing personality.
